Lease quote
Hi guys,
I'm pretty new to this forum, but I've once owned a 99 M3 and would like to get back into a Bimmer. So I was talking to a dealership for 328i sportline, I only wanted the 8 speed with no other options Here is what they provided MSRP $38775 Selling $36995 36 month 12k/yr $2000 drive offs $3150 Refundable security (MSD i presume) $1000 BMW incentive $437.23/ mo What do you guys think? Can I get a even better deal? Thanks a lot! |

I recently ordered a very similar car: 328i sportsline w/ sports transmission (Alpine White)
This was the deal I was able to negotiate: 10k/36mo MSRP: $38,795 Discount: $2850 (includes $1000 for Drive for team USA event) Cap Cost: $35,945 Cap Cost Reduction: $0 Fees: $725 Acquisition + $450 Title/Tag/Doc 8 Security Deposits (refundable): $3600 65% Residual .0019MF (.00141 effective w/ additional security deposits) This comes out to $417.57 a month, including sales tax. |

Is it smarter to put money in MSD rather than a down payment? Is it a 100% guarantee you can get it back? Also is $3k the max?

Yeah you can.
Did you get the 300 off from the App coupon? Download the iphone or Android app for BMW and then you can sign up for a test drive to get a coupon for 300 off. Easy peasy. Ask them for another 4-500 off...I think it's doable. |

You have to remember prices are going to vary by location. I have noticed that most dealers on the west coast seem be more willing to offer higher discounts. Your best bet is to talk to all of your dealers in your area and get them to bid for your sale and use that as leverage.
This is a pretty good tool to check if you are getting a good deal: http://www.ridewithg.com/calculator/index.html |

I'm pretty sure this only works if you have an active loan with BMWFS.
