Wouldn't you try to change the seat or maybe stop riding if you were experiencing these issues? Especially if you thought it was coming from the bike.

I guess I should sue also! I get a hard on every time I drive my E92 and a prolonged one each time I watch and hear an E92 M3 with the BMW performance exhaust installed!!! I guess I get too excited also! I hope this jack ass loses the suit and ends up having to pay all of BMW legal fees!!!
