Request: F30 interior night shots (ambient light) - Page 3 - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

The ambient light package is AWESOME.

I had it in my 2008 Mini Cooper S and it really made the interior at night. Shame the dash and stereo colors cannot match the rest of the ambient lights in color when you change them

I can confirm that my Cdn spec 335i does not have the B-pillar lighting.

It depends on location. In US lighting package is standard.

I have halogens too but they do look very yellow IRL. I'm planning to change the H7 by Philips X-treme Visions and the DRL to LED's to get more white.

Hmmm, I'm a bit puzzled. Got a 328i Luxury which according to the book comes with Extended Lighting (563) as standard. It goes on to say this includes - Door handle lighting, LED reading lights at the front and rear with ambient lighting, front footwell lights, vanity mirror lighting for driver and front passenger, and LED luggage compartment light.

Last night when I checked it out I've got all of the above except the ambient lighting in the doors. I can even see the LED strips in the trim above the door handle, and I've got the Classic/Luxury options on iDrive, but... they don't light up

+1 I think those b pillar lights arent there if its sport line or msport.

I have the trim but no lights within it. i thought it was part of the LIghting package with hids
