Production time - BMW 3-Series Forum (F30 / F32)

On the BMW online page it says my car has just started production. From this point on how long does it take. I live in Miami.

Hey I'm Southern Florida too! I did a custom order that I placed on March 24th and was given an estimated delivery date of May 20th. However, my dealer just called me that it will arrive in South Carolina on April 25th and I should have it the following week. Ahead of schedule by a few weeks and I'm loving it! Congrats on the order and keep us updated!

P.S. What specs, color combo, line, etc. did you pick?

Mine took approx 6 weeks from order to picking up at dealer...

Looking at those times I guess I can expect mine by mid-may. I ordered on april the 5th. Mine is the 328 sport line, Mohave with red interior, premium,tech,premium sound, and xenon headlight.I cannot any more

My car (328I) is going to end up at 8 weeks. Production takes about 8 days.

It depends on what you ordered. There are a lot more allocation slots for 328 than 335 so it may take a bit longer if you ordered a 335. I ordered a 335i and this is week 9 for me and I am on the boat with ArkGroot

I live in NY and I ordered my 335 in march 3 and today april 24 the car is not in the port yet, grrrrrrrrr

It sucks that people that ordered the 335 have to wait longer. BMW probably thought that percentage of people choosing the 335 was going to be lower, maybe that is why is taking longer?
