Yes, I've seen those pictures and they definitely show the color being darker than Space Grey. I'd imagine it will not look good during Winter and will need frequent washing/care to look at its best, like any other dark color (Blacks, Imperial Blue).

That is why I like Glacier Silver. My current car is also Silver and I'm happy with that. Therefore when it's time to replace my car in 2 years, I'll be sticking with the same color.

Thanks for your feedback once again. BTW, which color do you like best on the F30?

I'd like:

- Luxury interior (saddle brown leather with dark burl wood)
- Sport wheels
- M-Sport body kit.

But that's not possible anymore. No more mixing and matching.

Terrific video though.

Agree...awesome commercial! I love my E90 N55 Stage 1 from the factory, but the F30 is growing on me!

Probably an option in Scotland, my base F30 is coming with the sport automatic and sport seats.

Sport seats are not an option for the base, luxury or modern lines in the US. You have to get sport line to get them.

Modern Line looks nice from the outside. But I don't like the interior, and I prefer the engine of the Luxury model.

They have got so many things right with this car, it makes the mistakes jump out at you. Heres what I dont like:
1. The line across the hood. Looks awful and ruins the front end (unless you get a black one).
2. The wood effect interior in the modern line. Looks like cheap plastic.
3. Cream coloured steering wheel in the modern line. Horrible. Imagine what that will look like in about 2 weeks.

BOOHHOOO!!! Am not happy about this fact BMW ... i think eventually they will allow it, but because this is the first batch of F30 and production time is in high demand, they could not afford to do every single combination... it would slow down the production rate... (i thought i heard that from my sale coordinator)

If you dont take/order the a Light colored Modern Line with the Textured Wood Trim, then you should be fine...

That seems to be the one combo you ought to stay away from.

I actually like the light colored steering... but gosh... it won't stay that way for long... unless you are a retiree...

BMW has one of the best looking GPS on the market..The resolution is just so crisp..However, I live in Northern jersey and I just can't stand its erroneous map data here as well in NYC. Lexus has much better GPS in practicality.
