And people live their lives on facebook. now the big thing is everybody is posting what they're drinking during this hurricane. nobody really cares, so why does everyone feel the need to share everything that 1) people either already know or 2) is too personal for other people to know, but due to the personal nature of it, nobody really cares.

exactly this. irri-fucking-tating. ive continued to delete as many people off my facebook as possible (and im sure many peeps deleted me, thank god). Im down to 350 friends. I dont want it to ever pass 450. I primarily use it to post up pics of my car now. Before i used to use it like everyone else, taking pics of events and whatnot... I cant tell you the last time i uploaded a picture of me lol. my facebook is simply for me to keep in contact with my smoking buddies from all over the world and show my friends my updates on my cars.

facebook is as evil as apple. they are in the same boat, the only difference is that i use facebook willingly.. cant say the same for any apple/mac products.
